Mr Cool repaired our system without charge (including replacement of major parts like the compressor) after a potentially faulty part caused a failure outside the warranty period. Having survived the QLD heat with a faulty air conditioner for over 12 months with no resolve regarding the actual problem, took vehicle to Mr Cool. Found their staff very helpful, friendly and willing to get to the source of my problem. The service was great and now back in the cool for the Qld heat. Highly recommended.

Team quickly identified that the knob had only seized up and just needed lubricant.

If you need anything done or looked at regarding your car aircon, this Is definitely the place to go. Service from these guys was awesome and Callum took the time to explain in detail what the problem was and gave me a detailed report with photos. Fantastic customer service.

Top quality and fast work. They were honest and upfront about what needed to be done and how much it would cost before they commenced work. Aircon is freezing cold again.

Visited the guys at Mr Cool to fix the AC on my beloved Holden Ute about 6 weeks ago, they were able to accommodate the extremely low stance on it by working from out the front of their shop which was a big relief for me. Repairs were explained, carried out quickly and reasonably priced, very happy, excellent service.

Great customer service. I’ve had an on and off noise coming from my a/c. Of course the noise was happening when I dropped it off - Murphy’s law - they spent a lot of time to diagnose and didn’t charge me. Suggested I come back when the noise reoccurs. I would definitely recommend and come back.
